Skoda Rapid
Skoda Rapid for rent, first registered in 2016, is a practical five-seater diesel car with a 7-speed automatic transmission. It is suitable for everyday driving, business trips and longer journeys, combining the convenience of automatic transmission with economical fuel consumption and practical space for passengers and luggage.
IMPORTANT: Maximum permitted motorway speed: 135 km/h. Diesel fuel must only be purchased at the following petrol stations: OMV, LUKOIL and EKO. The receipt from every refuelling must be kept. Fuel discount cards are provided when available.

Important information
Reservation
- Reservations can be made through our website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- We recommend making your reservation at least 8 hours before the desired vehicle pick-up time to allow sufficient time for the vehicle to be prepared. Reservations made with shorter notice are possible depending on current availability and our schedule for the day.
- For reservations, you can contact us by phone / Viber / WhatsApp: +359 888 777 927 every day from 09:00 to 18:00.
- Changes or cancellations made up to 72 hours before the start of the rental – free of charge.
The daily rental price includes
- Mileage included in the rental price according to the Rental Terms and Conditions.
- Third-party liability insurance
- Bulgarian road vignette
- Additional driver – free of charge
- 24-hour telephone assistance in case of a technical problem, accident or when assistance related to the rented vehicle is required
Vehicle pick-up and return
- Choose the most convenient way to pick up and return the vehicle – at our location, at Sofia Airport or with delivery to an address in Sofia.
- We also offer vehicle delivery and collection in other locations in Bulgaria by prior arrangement.
- Delivery and collection from an address in Sofia between 07:00 and 21:00:
- 5+ rental days – FREE
- 3–4 rental days – 15€ for delivery / 15€ for collection
- For additional convenience, we also offer vehicle pick-up and return outside our regular working hours, as well as on official public holidays:
- Between 21:00 and 07:00 – 20€ for pick-up / 20€ for return
- On an official public holiday – 20€ for pick-up / 20€ for return
- On official public holidays between 21:00 and 07:00, the applicable fees are charged cumulatively.
Additional equipment and services
You can add equipment and additional services according to your travel needs:
- Infant car seat 0–13 kg: 1€/day maximum 15€
- Child car seat 9–18 kg: 1€/day maximum 15€
- Booster seat 15–36 kg: 1€/day maximum 15€
- ISOFIX child seat 0–36 kg: 2€/day maximum 30€
- Roof box: 30€ for the entire rental period
- Travel to Greece: 50€ one-time fee, subject to prior approval and issuance of the required power of attorney
- Additional insurance coverage: 3€–13€/day depending on the vehicle and selected coverage
Rental requirements
- Minimum age 23 years and at least 3 years of driving experience.
- For high-class and 4x4 vehicles – minimum age 25 years and at least 5 years of driving experience.
- Valid ID card or passport, driving licence.
- The vehicle is provided after signing a rental agreement and vehicle handover protocol.
Fuel and vehicle use
- The vehicle is provided with a full tank and must be returned with a full tank. Fuel is not included in the rental price.
- Refuelling must be carried out at OMV, Lukoil or EKO Petroleum, and the receipt must be kept until the end of the rental period. Fuel discount cards are also provided when available.
- A specific vehicle may have an individual maximum permitted speed that differs from the general legal speed limit. This limit is specified in the rental agreement and must be observed throughout the rental period.
Deposit
- The deposit amount depends on the vehicle and the selected additional insurance coverage.
- The deposit is refunded on the day the vehicle is returned, provided that the vehicle is returned in accordance with the rental terms and there are no identified damages, missing items or other outstanding amounts.
Payment methods
- Cash – upon vehicle pick-up.
- Bank transfer – up to 3 days before vehicle pick-up.
- Debit or credit card via POS terminal – upon vehicle pick-up, with a 2% fee applied to the amount paid by this method.
- Online via virtual POS terminal – 15% partial prepayment when making the reservation or full prepayment. In case of partial prepayment, the remaining balance is paid upon vehicle pick-up.
